The details, price, length and structure of each service will be shown on the relevant website page, booking page, invoice, event page or written communication.

2. Health coaching scope

Wonderful Coaching provides health coaching, wellbeing education and lifestyle support.

Health coaching is not medical care.

Wonderful Coaching does not provide:

  • medical diagnosis;

  • medical treatment;

  • emergency care;

  • psychotherapy;

  • counselling;

  • dietetic treatment;

  • prescribed meal plans for medical conditions;

  • medication advice;

  • replacement care for a GP, consultant, dietitian, pharmacist, therapist or other regulated healthcare professional.

Wonderful Coaching does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, cure or manage medical conditions.

In line with professional health coaching scope of practice, Wonderful Coaching does not assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, interpret laboratory results, prescribe diets, remove food groups, prescribe supplements or treatments, or make claims to prevent, treat or cure any medical condition.

You should continue to seek advice from your GP, consultant, dietitian, pharmacist, therapist or other appropriate healthcare professional where needed.

You should not stop, start or change medication, treatment, supplements or medical advice because of anything discussed in coaching, on this website, in a workshop, or in a Wonderful Coaching resource without first speaking to an appropriate healthcare professional.

Where appropriate, Wonderful Coaching may support clients to understand and implement recommendations already provided by their GP, consultant, dietitian, pharmacist or other regulated healthcare professional, while remaining within the scope of health coaching.

3. Coaching Agreement

If you book or purchase individual coaching, group coaching, a coaching programme or any service involving direct client support, you may also be asked to read and accept the Wonderful Coaching Coaching Agreement.

The Coaching Agreement explains the client-coach relationship in more detail, including:

  • what coaching is and is not;

  • client responsibility;

  • confidentiality;

  • safeguarding;

  • health information and consent;

  • communication between sessions;

  • boundaries of coaching support;

  • when referral or medical support may be needed.

By booking or attending a coaching session, you agree to follow the Coaching Agreement as well as these Terms & Conditions.

4. Insurance and professional practice

Wonderful Coaching is fully insured to provide health coaching services within the scope of Kristen Davidson’s training, qualifications and professional practice.

Kristen Davidson works professionally, ethically and within the limits of her role as a health coach.

If your needs fall outside the scope of health coaching, you may be advised to seek support from a GP or another appropriate regulated healthcare professional.

5. Bookings

Coaching sessions, workshops, programmes and events must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.

Bookings may be made through the website, email, online booking system, event platform or direct arrangement.

A booking is only confirmed when payment has been received, or when written confirmation has been provided by Wonderful Coaching.

Wonderful Coaching reserves the right to decline a booking where the service requested is not suitable, falls outside the scope of health coaching, or cannot be safely or appropriately provided.

6. Payment

Prices will be shown on the relevant website page, booking page, invoice, event page or written communication.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before the session, programme, workshop or event begins.

If payment is not received, the booking may not be confirmed.

Wonderful Coaching reserves the right to change prices from time to time. Price changes will not normally affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Programmes and packages

Where a client purchases a coaching programme or package, the details of what is included will be made clear at the time of booking or purchase.

A programme or package may include a set number of sessions, agreed follow-up support, questionnaires, resources or action steps.

Unless otherwise agreed, programme sessions should be used within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions may not be carried forward indefinitely.

If you are unsure about the timeframe for your programme, please ask before booking.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling by the client

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Unless otherwise agreed, Wonderful Coaching asks for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session may be charged in full.

If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session may be treated as used and may not be refunded.

Wonderful Coaching understands that genuine emergencies happen. If something unexpected occurs, please make contact as soon as possible.

9. Cancellation by Wonderful Coaching

If Wonderful Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule a session, workshop or event due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, technical issue or circumstances outside reasonable control, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, an alternative date or time will be offered.

If a paid service cannot be rearranged, a refund may be offered for the unused part of the service.

Wonderful Coaching is not responsible for additional costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation, such as travel, childcare, accommodation or loss of earnings.

10. Online purchases and 14-day cancellation rights

If you purchase coaching services, workshops or digital services online, by email, by phone or at a distance, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

If you ask for the service to begin within this 14-day period, you agree that the service may start before the cancellation period ends.

If the service has already started and you then cancel within the 14-day period, you may be charged for any session, preparation, administration, resource creation or coaching work already provided.

Once a coaching session, workshop or event has taken place, that part of the service is normally non-refundable.

Digital resources, downloads or online materials may not be refundable once accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless required by law.

11. Refunds

Refunds are considered according to the service purchased, the timing of cancellation, and whether any work has already been provided.

Completed sessions are not normally refundable.

Where a programme has been purchased and part of the programme has already been delivered, any refund will normally be calculated based on the unused part of the programme, less any reasonable administration, preparation or work already completed.

Workshop and event refunds may depend on the cancellation terms stated on the relevant booking or event page.

No refund is given simply because a client changes their mind after a session has taken place, does not complete agreed actions, or does not achieve a hoped-for outcome.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Late arrival

If you arrive late for a session, the session will usually still end at the scheduled time.

This is to respect other bookings and commitments.

If Kristen Davidson is late, she will either make up the time where possible or arrange an appropriate solution.

13. Online sessions and technology

Online sessions may take place using Zoom or another suitable platform.

You are responsible for having:

  • a stable internet connection;

  • a suitable device;

  • a quiet and private space where you feel comfortable speaking;

  • any necessary login details or links before the session begins.

Wonderful Coaching is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, connection, software, internet provider or third-party platforms.

If a serious technical issue prevents a session from taking place, a fair solution will be discussed, which may include rescheduling.

14. Group coaching, workshops and events

If you attend a group coaching session, workshop, webinar or online event, you agree to behave respectfully towards Kristen Davidson and other participants.

You agree not to share another participant’s personal information, story, comments or circumstances outside the group.

Group coaching, workshops and events are educational and supportive spaces. They are not a substitute for individual medical, mental health, dietetic or therapeutic care.

Wonderful Coaching reserves the right to remove a participant from a group session, workshop or event if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, unsafe or harmful to others.

15. Downloadable resources and fact sheets

Wonderful Coaching may provide downloadable fact sheets, worksheets, guides, handouts, checklists or other resources.

These resources are intended to support health literacy, self-reflection and behaviour change.

They are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, cure or manage a medical condition.

They do not provide individual clinical, nutritional or medical instruction.

You may use these resources for your own personal use.
