I'm Kristen, a passionate Health Coach dedicated to helping others embrace healthier, more fulfilling lives. My journey into health coaching stems from my personal transformation, where I discovered the power of consistent work and learning to achieve lasting health. With qualifications in naturopathic health coaching and a background in nutrition and well-being, I focus on empowering individuals to make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding people's unique challenges and crafting personalised health plans that lead to long-term vitality.
My Story
All my life, my weight was about far more than a number on the scale. It was the tiredness, the self-doubt, the worry about my future, and eventually a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis that made me stop and think differently.
That was my turning point.
I realised that I did not just want to live longer — I wanted to live better. I wanted energy, confidence, strength, freedom, and the feeling that my health was no longer something happening to me, but something I could begin to understand and take back control of.
It has not been a perfect journey. Changing lifelong habits is hard. Food can be emotional. Motivation comes and goes. Life gets busy, stressful and overwhelming. I understand the frustration, the disappointment, the starting again, and the quiet question of, “Why is this so hard for me?”
But I also know what is possible.
Every small change, every better choice, every clearer morning, every moment of feeling stronger and more in control has mattered. Feeling well now is not a luxury. It changes how you live, how you think, how you move through the world, and how much of your life you feel able to enjoy.
That is what I bring to my health coaching: real-life understanding, professional knowledge, and genuine support without judgement.
As a health coach, I stand beside my clients. Not in front of them telling them what to do, and not behind them waiting for them to fall, but alongside them — listening, understanding, and helping them build a way forward that feels personal, realistic and sustainable.
Health is not just about food or exercise. It is about how you feel in your body, how you speak to yourself, how you manage your energy, how you recover from setbacks, and how you create a life where wellness feels supportive rather than punishing.
My role is to help you understand your health, make sense of what your body needs, and turn good intentions into everyday actions that work in real life.
