How the Programme Works
Stage 1: Discovery & Context
You’ll begin with a Discovery Questionnaire, followed by a more detailed health questionnaire. Together, these explore your lifestyle, habits, routines, energy, and health background.
This stage creates a clear picture of how you live, not just isolated symptoms.
Stage 2: Insight & Exploration Session
We then meet for a private 1:1 coaching session to talk through your questionnaires.
This is a calm, supportive discussion where we identify:
What’s working well
Where challenges may arise
Where change would be most beneficial and realistic
The focus is on understanding and insight, not pressure or judgement.
Stage 3: Your Working Health Plan
After the session, you’ll receive a personalised working plan, shaped by your questionnaires and our discussion.
This plan provides clear, realistic starting points designed to fit your life and help you move forward with confidence.
Stage 4: First Follow-Up – Implementation Review
Your first follow-up focuses on implementation.
We review what’s working, what feels difficult, and what needs adjusting, so the plan evolves with you rather than becoming something you have to “stick to”.
Stage 5: Ongoing Follow-Up & Deeper Support
Continued follow-up sessions allow for a deeper dive into you and your health, helping to strengthen foundations, build confidence, and support lasting change over time.
