Your Health Coach - Meet Kristen
I am a qualified Health Coach, and I work with people who are tired of doing everything they’ve been told — tracking, logging, following plans — and still not feeling quite right.
Over time, we’ve been taught to rely on apps, numbers, and constant input to tell us what to eat and how to feel. But your health isn’t something your phone can manage. It’s something you need to understand.
This is where my work is different.
We slow things down and bring the focus back to you — your body, your habits, your life. Together, we build clarity around what you actually need and create a way of eating and living that feels natural, supportive, and realistic.
There’s no guilt, no forcing foods you don’t enjoy, and no feeling separate at the table. Instead, you learn how to support your body properly, rebuild your confidence, and develop a natural instinct for what works for you.
