This page sets out the scope of the Personal Health Coaching Programme, the investment, and the responsibilities on both sides.


It exists to keep the process clear, respectful, and effective—so you understand what you are investing in, and what creates progress.

The Programme

This is calm, structured, one-to-one support designed around you—not a generic template or short-term plan.
Each step is intentional, giving you space to reflect, understand what is really going on, and begin making changes that are realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

What the Programme Includes

​

1) Pre-Session Preparation
Before we meet, your health and lifestyle questionnaires are reviewed to understand your habits, routines, health history, and current challenges. This ensures our time together is focused, relevant, and tailored—never rushed or surface-level.

​

2) Personal 1:1 Coaching Session (60–75 minutes)
A private, uninterrupted session where we explore your health, food, energy, lifestyle, and opportunities for change. This is a calm, supportive space for reflection, clarity, and practical guidance.

​

3) Personalised Working Plan
After the session, everything we have discussed is synthesised into a clear working plan designed for real life—practical, realistic, and supportive rather than overwhelming. This is not a template; it is built around you.

4) Follow-Up & Implementation Support
Support continues after the session to help you apply what we have discussed, review what is working, and adjust where needed. You are not left to figure it out alone.

Investment

£175

This includes preparation time, your private coaching session, your personalised working plan, and follow-up support.

The investment is financial.


The progress comes from your commitment—supported properly.
