This is not open-ended coaching or ongoing advice.

It is a structured process designed to help you move from uncertainty to understanding, from good intentions to meaningful action, and from effort to sustainable change.

Discovery & Foundations

We begin by understanding your story, your health, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you. Together, we establish a clear starting point and identify the factors influencing your current situation.

Capacity Check

Before change can happen, there needs to be room for it. We explore your time, energy, commitments, responsibilities, and competing priorities to identify where space can be created for health to become part of everyday life.

Capability Check

Having space for change does not automatically mean having the ability to make it happen. We assess the skills, knowledge, confidence, support, resources, and readiness needed for success, identifying any gaps that may need strengthening before moving forward.

Implementation

This is where plans become reality. Together we create practical actions, realistic habits, and a personalised approach that works within your life rather than against it. The focus is not on perfection, but on consistent progress.

Health Intelligence

You learn how to understand your body, interpret health information with confidence, ask better questions, and make informed decisions that are right for you. The aim is to build understanding, independence, and confidence in your own health journey.

Thriving

I am a qualified Health Coach, and I work with people who are tired of doing everything they’ve been told — tracking, logging, following plans — and still not feeling quite right.

Over time, we’ve been taught to rely on apps, numbers, and constant input to tell us what to eat and how to feel. But your health isn’t something your phone can manage. It’s something you need to understand.

We slow things down and bring the focus back to you — your body, your habits, your life. Together, we build clarity around what you actually need and create a way of eating and living that feels natural, supportive, and realistic.

There’s no guilt, no forcing foods you don’t enjoy, and no feeling separate at the table. Instead, you learn how to support your body properly, rebuild your confidence, and develop a natural instinct for what works for you.

This approach comes from more than study — it comes from living it, working through the setbacks, the frustration, the starting again, and the moments of “why me.”
That is why the focus is on implementation — helping you navigate those same challenges and build something that actually holds.
