Hello, I’m Kristen.

I’m a qualified Health Coach, and my work is about helping people make health feel clearer, calmer, and more possible in everyday life.

Many people know what they “should” be doing for their health, but struggle to make it happen consistently. That is often not a lack of willpower — it is a lack of capacity, clarity, and the right support.

This is where my work focuses.

I help you look honestly at your life, your routines, your pressures, your habits, and the space you actually have for change. Together, we work out what needs to be simplified, adjusted, supported, or made more realistic.

My approach is built around implementation — turning good intentions into practical steps that can hold in real life.

Because lasting health is not built through perfect plans. It is built by understanding what you need, making space for it, and creating change that feels steady, supportive, and entirely your own.
