The process to getting you to live a healthier life naturally.
We start at the very beginning and compile a health assessment of you as this is essential because it can help you catch potential health issues before they become serious.
By getting regular check-ups, you can stay on top of any changes to your health and make sure you're taking the proper steps to stay healthy. Plus, it's a great way to get personalised advice on how to improve your overall well-being. We can become happier and more productive individuals by prioritising our physical and mental health. Take a moment to breathe, stretch, and focus on your needs. Trust me, your body and mind will thank you for it.
How do we build a picture of you and your health?
Below is an overview of the areas that we will cover. As a trained health coach I will ask many questions on each to find out about you. Don’t worry the questioning will allow me to build an in-depth evaluation of you and your health which will give us a baseline to work with. Many clients find this process very interesting and most have never look at the health in this method and style before, plus never have given themselves time to look at the overall health for a positive and natural change.

Your Health
The first step will be collecting your health history, such as, significant illnesses and/or any operations or accidents. I will ask for a list of any medication you are taking and if you have any allergies.

We then will look at each key functioning areas of your body to see how it is working. The questions within each section look at day to day living.
We then move to habits of eating from your childhood to adulthood.
If you are looking at improving your eating, I will probably request you that you complete a 5-day eating diary which includes a weekend.

Your Physical Activity
This section covers your activity, you might already be a regular gym member, or a marathon runner, or simply to look at increasing your daily movement.
Again, this section is part of the jigsaw we are putting together of you.

Your Relationships
​Next, we look at the relationships that are part of life and the impact that these have on you. We will discuss any stress you may be feeling and how well you sleep.

Your Lifestyle
Time to discover what wants and needs to be nourished.
We use a powerful coaching tool called ‘the wheel of life’. This helps us understand, assess and improve different areas of your life. It consists of a circle divided into five sections, each representing a different aspect of your life.
By rating each area on a scale from 1 to 10, we can identify areas that need improvement and set goals to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. The wheel of life can be used in coaching sessions to help you gain clarity, set priorities, and take action towards a more fulfilling life.
