I'm Kristen, a passionate Health Coach dedicated to helping others embrace healthier, more fulfilling lives. My journey into health coaching stems from my personal transformation, where I discovered the power of consistent work and learning to achieve lasting health. With qualifications in naturopathic health coaching and a background in nutrition and well-being, I focus on empowering individuals to make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding people's unique challenges and crafting personalised health plans that lead to long-term vitality.
My Story
All my life, I struggled with weight, more than just the numbers on the scale, it was the daily fatigue, the worry about my future, and the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes that shook me awake. The turning point came when I realised the only real prescription I could rely on was the one I gave myself: a commitment to live a healthier life, not just longer, but better.

It hasn’t always been easy. Changing lifelong habits, facing emotional battles with food, and staying on course when life gets tough has tested me. But every small win, every clearer mind, stronger body, and brighter morning has been worth it.

That’s what I bring to my health coaching. Real-life understanding. No judgement. It's just genuine support.

As a health coach, I stand beside my clients, not in front, not behind, but right there with them. I listen deeply, meet them where they are, and help them move toward where they want to be. We don’t chase perfection - we create a path to better health that feels personal, manageable, and sustainable.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with people from all backgrounds. I’ve learned that meaningful, trusting relationships are the foundation of lasting change. Whether through tailored assessments or flexible, heart-centred coaching sessions, my goal is always to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Health, to me, is not just about what you eat or how you move. It’s about how you feel in your skin, how you speak to yourself, and how you choose to show up every day. It’s about creating a life where wellness isn’t a punishment—it’s a reward.

I’m currently studying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a globally respected leader in health coaching, with NBHWC-approved training. This ongoing education ensures that I stay up to date in evidence-based nutrition and holistic health—so I can support you with knowledge, care, and commitment.
