Too Many Fast Food Deliveries

Writer: Kristen DavidsonKristen Davidson

Meet Matt, Matt is 28 and lives on fast food and big meals. He is a large chap but doesn’t see or feel this yet as youth is still on his side!

He lives with his girlfriend, who is keen on wellbeing and fitness, but both of them love cooking and cook big meals that could feed a family of 6 most nights.

Working from home most of this year Matt has found that using Deliveroo and Uber Eats to collect fast food so easy, which means that he hasn’t needed to leave the house to get breakfast muffin from McDonald's and KFC for lunch. This new way of working has turned this way of ordering and overeating into a lasting novelty.

Matt has been a member of a gym in the past but as soon as he signs up he goes to mad for the first week and feels it too much and his knees hurt which means that he stops going. Thank goodness for free trials.

His health will start to suffer soon, if not already. He should be aware that being overweight can affect his fertility and also is in the high rise of getting Diabetes Type 2, as well as high cholesterol leading to heart disease.

Going out for a few beers with the lads is always on the cards and he enjoys a good social life of eating and drinking. His weight is gaining at quite an alarming rate, but he and his girlfriend are not at the point in their relationship to start caring for each other’s health and focus on having fun.

If this is you, then book a session as this will allow you to learn a slow change in your lifestyle, and to learn about food portions and to be helped through the difficult times.
