Flexible Pricing for Small Group Coaching

Pricing is based on the number of participants. For private groups of 2-5 people, rates vary depending on the number of participants, but no more than 5.  For detailed sessions 3 is the magic number (click to check payment options).

Session 2: Progress & Personalisation

  • Reflect & Refine: We review progress, celebrate wins, and address any obstacles from the first session.

  • Deepening the Discussion: More targeted health coaching based on the group’s shared experiences and individual needs.

  • Supportive Community: Peer encouragement and shared experiences make health changes more achievable.

  • Next Steps: You’ll leave with personalised takeaways and strategies to keep building on your progress.
