The Health Coaching Programme costs £350 (click to check payment options—a long-lasting, positive investment in your health. By committing to three structured sessions, you take a step toward lasting changes that will improve your well-being and give you the tools to live healthier with confidence.

Step 1: Pre-Session Questionnaire

Every journey starts with understanding where you are right now.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire covering:

  • Your lifestyle and health today.

  • Your food preferences—likes, dislikes, and habits.

  • How you feel mentally, physically, and visually (using a self-rating scale).

This step helps you reflect on your health, gain clarity, and identify areas we can work on together.

Step 2: 1:1 Consultation

Our first session is about getting to know your health story and setting achievable goals.

During our personalised consultation (available online or in person), we will:

  • Discuss your questionnaire answers, exploring your health patterns and habits.

  • Identify key areas for improvement and realistic changes.

  • Set two specific health goals to focus on for the next few weeks.

You’ll also receive ongoing support between sessions, including check-ins via messaging to keep you on track.

Step 3: Progress Review Session

In our second session, we check in on your progress and challenges.

  • What’s working well?

  • What obstacles have you faced?

  • How do you feel now compared to when you started?

We refine your approach and ensure you have strategies to keep moving forward.

Step 4: Final Follow-Up Session

The last session brings everything together and ensures you’re set up for long-term success.

  • We celebrate your progress and review all the changes you’ve made.

  • We discuss long-term maintenance strategies.

  • You complete a final self-assessment to measure your transformation.

Throughout your journey, you’ll receive tailored information sheets to support your progress and give you clear, simple strategies for staying on track.
